Shipping
We pack and ship every order as quickly as possible – because we know that waiting for your training equipment or supplements is no fun. Below you will find all information on delivery times and costs.
Order processing time
Orders placed by 1:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Other orders are shipped on the next business day.
- Processing time (packing and shipping from warehouse): 1 business day.
- Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Poland.
- If the order contains temporarily unavailable products, we will inform you by e-mail about the estimated shipping date.

Free shipping from 300 PLN — regardless of the chosen method (courier or InPost Parcel Locker), if your order value is 300 PLN or more, delivery is free.
The total time you can expect from placing an order to receiving your package is usually 2–3 business days (1 day for processing + 1–2 days for delivery).
Delivery within the European Union
We ship orders to countries within the European Union.

Free shipping from 70 € — for orders with a value of 70 € or more, delivery within the EU is free.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and the chosen carrier. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its status.
Order tracking
After your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can check the current status of your shipment.
If you have not received such an email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at: lean.bulls@gmail.com.
What this policy does not cover
- Customs duties and import taxes — for orders within the European Union, we do not charge additional customs fees. If we expand shipping beyond the EU in the future, additional fees (customs duty, import VAT) may be charged to the recipient — we will clearly inform you of this before such a change occurs.
- Carrier delays — delivery times provided by the courier or InPost are estimated. Although we strive to minimize the risk of delays, we have no control over unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistical network overload, public holidays).

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order? If the order has not yet been shipped, please email us as soon as possible at lean.bulls@gmail.com with your order number — we will try to change the address before shipping.
Do you ship orders outside the European Union? Currently, we only ship within Poland and the European Union.
What happens if I don't pick up my package from the InPost Parcel Locker on time? The package will be returned to the sender after the storage period specified by InPost (standardly 48 hours) expires. In such a situation, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (an additional shipping fee may be required).
Can I pick up my order in person? Currently, we do not offer personal pickup — all orders are processed exclusively via courier delivery or InPost Parcel Locker.
