Return Policy

Rules for withdrawal from the contract, returns, and complaints in the Lean Bulls Labs online store.


1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of taking possession of the purchased product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should inform the seller (Lean Bulls sp. z o.o., ul. Polska 7, 81-339 Gdynia, email: leanbullslabs@gmail.com) of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).


2. Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the seller shall reimburse the customer for all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the seller), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the seller was informed about the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The customer will not incur any fees related to the refund.

The seller may withhold reimbursement until the product is received back or proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first.


3. Returning the product

The customer should send the product back to:
Lean Bulls sp. z o.o., ul. Polska 7, 81-339 Gdynia, Poland, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day they informed the seller about withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the product is sent before the 14-day period expires.

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.


4. Exceptions — when returns are not possible

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened after delivery (Article 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act). This applies to all dietary supplements once their protective seal has been broken.


5. Complaints

The seller is liable to the consumer for conformity of the product with the contract under the Consumer Rights Act. If the purchased product is not in conformity with the contract, the customer may submit a complaint by email to leanbullslabs@gmail.com.

The complaint should include: full name, order number, description of the issue, date it was discovered, and preferred resolution (repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract in case of significant non-conformity).

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.


6. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and claim resolution procedures, including the EU ODR platform available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
